Parking and Arrival Information
⚠ Do not navigate directly to Luke Air Force Base.
Please follow the directions for your designated parking lot instead. Entering the correct route will help reduce traffic congestion and ensure you arrive at the proper entrance.
Luke Air Force Base will have modified traffic patterns during the Luke Days Air Show. Follow posted event signage and directions from law enforcement and traffic control personnel as you approach the event.
Parking lots open at 8:00 AM and access to static displays, STEM City, and vendor areas will begin at 9:00 AM.
Flying performances are scheduled to begin tentatively at 10:30 AM and the event will end at 5:30 PM.
Please review the parking map and determine your parking location before leaving home.

Parking Locations
Desert Diamond Parking (Shuttle Bus)
Use Loop 303 to access the Desert Diamond parking lot. Shuttle buses will transport guests from this lot to the event entrance.
VIP and ADA Parking
VIP and ADA parking should approach using Litchfield Road from Northern Parkway. Follow event signage and staff directions when arriving.
Dysart Parking (Shuttle Bus)
Guests using the Dysart lot should approach using Dysart Road. Shuttle buses will transport guests from this lot to the event entrance.
Litchfield Pedestrian Parking
Approach Litchfield Road from Camelback Road and follow signage to the pedestrian parking lot.
Rideshare Drop Off
Rideshare services should approach using Glendale Avenue from Dysart Road and follow signs to the designated drop off location.
How to Get Here
Luke Air Force Base is located in the West Valley of the Phoenix metro area near Loop 303, Northern Parkway, Glendale Avenue, and Litchfield Road. Traffic patterns will be modified during the event.
From the West Valley and I-10
Take Loop 303 north toward Northern Parkway.
Desert Diamond Parking: Follow signs to the shuttle parking lot.
VIP / ADA Parking: Continue to Northern Parkway, then turn toward Litchfield Road.
From Central Phoenix
Take Loop 101 north to Glendale Avenue, then travel west.
Rideshare: Continue west on Glendale Avenue from Dysart Road.
Dysart Shuttle Parking: Approach using Dysart Road.
From the North Valley
Take Loop 303 south toward Northern Parkway and follow signage for Desert Diamond or VIP/ADA parking.
From the South Valley or Avondale
Use Camelback Road toward Litchfield Road and follow signage for Litchfield pedestrian parking.
* Northbound Litchfield Road will be closed at Bethany Home Rd. Access to ADA, Dysart, and Desert Diamond parking will not be available from northbound Litchfield Road.
No. Public parking is not available on Luke Air Force Base during the air show.
For those with existing base access, air show parking is not permitted in the BX or Commissary parking lots. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas are subject to towing.
On base parking is extremely limited and reserved for performers, volunteers, guests with official Luke Days parking passes, and authorized handicap placard holders.

No. There are no provisions for camping overnight on the air show grounds or parking lots.
The Luke Days Air Show venue is a large temporary event site, established for two days on active runways, taxiways, and adjacent airfield areas at Luke Air Force Base. Parking areas consist primarily of large, open fields with no paved surfaces. Most of the terrain are uneven and unpaved.
There is NO special parking area for motorcycles or bicycles and no way to secure them at the event.
Please note there is no public vehicle or pedestrian access to the event grounds from any unauthorized gates or perimeter roadways. All guests must enter through designated air show parking and entry points.
